Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.

Problem Solving

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns and complaints.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary.

Order Processing

  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
  • Ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.

Record Keeping

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Document resolutions and follow-up actions.

Customer Satisfaction

  • Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering high-quality service.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.

Product Knowledge

  • Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions.

Essential Qualifications
