Customer Terminal Integration Manager (CTIM)
Location: Heathrow Airport (Multi-Terminal)
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £38,000 – £50,000 per annum (estimated market range)
About the Role
The CTIM is a high-visibility operational leadership role, acting as the bridge between airport terminals, retail partners, and internal teams.
You’ll be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, KPI performance, and operational excellence across terminals.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as key point of contact for terminal operations
- Drive KPI performance (DAP, dwell time, returns, etc.)
- Build strong relationships with retail partners
- Resolve operational issues using structured processes (RCF / ICA)
- Lead, coach, and develop team members
- Support innovation and improvement projects
Requirements
- 3+ years management experience (retail / logistics / F&B preferred)
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Experience with inventory systems
- Confident communicator and problem solver
- Flexible to work across shifts and terminals
