IT and Systems Support
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Uxbridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day engineering support of Systems and Hardware, forming the EU arm of the Global IT Group and collaborating across teams and time zones. Duties range from maintenance, new user setups, and hardware troubleshooting to long-term strategic innovation and supporting global IT initiatives. This role requires strong communication skills, time management, and the ability to handle competing deadlines.

Full Job Description
Technical Skills:
- Manage user identities (Active Directory & Azure AD)
- Support Systems Administration (Windows 2019/2022, Ubuntu LTS)
- Basic networking knowledge
- Microsoft Office 365 Cloud support
- IT Risk Management & Cybersecurity support
- Device support (mobiles, desktops, laptops)
- Install and maintain ancillary IT equipment (AV, CCTV, Access control)
- IT Asset Management (purchasing, tracking, audits)
- First point of contact for IT issues
Supporting Skills:
- Collaborate with Global IT Team, Business Partners, and Customers
- Lead IT improvement projects and Superuser training
- Handle emergency IT failures and critical responses
- Effective communicator and presenter
- Report on IT performance metrics
- Provide training and create technical documentation
Required Experience:
✔ 5+ years working in a similar role with similar job responsibilities.
Desired Qualifications:
✔ Networking-related qualification (CCNA or NSE4).
✔ Cloud Familiarity (Microsoft & AWS).
✔ Experience with ISO 27001 environments and/or Cybersecurity programs.
