Vetting Officer – Immediate Start
Based on Bath Road, Heathrow
Full-Time | Mon–Fri |
Salary Negotiable + Commission | Permanent Role
Our client is a trusted name in aviation workforce solutions and is seeking a skilled and motivated Vetting Officer to join their internal compliance and security team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven experience in aviation vetting to step into a key role within a fast-growing and highly compliant business.
The Role
- Managing end-to-end aviation security vetting checks, including:
- 5-year background check
- Criminal record checks
- (UK and overseas)
- Employment gap verification
• Ensuring full compliance with DfT and CAA regulations
• Working closely with candidates, referees, and internal teams
• Maintaining accurate records and digital files
• Supporting the onboarding process by flagging ready-to-deploy candidates
• Contributing to a fast-paced, target-driven environment with commission opportunities
What We’re Looking For
✅ Must have experience in aviation vetting (CAA, DfT, or ID Centre-aligned processes)
✅ Solid understanding of compliance, referencing, and aviation regulations
✅ Strong attention to detail and document accuracy
✅ Confident communicator – professional phone and email manner
✅ Organised, reliable, and used to managing multiple live vetting files
✅ Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
