We are excited to announce an outstanding career opportunity: We're hiring an experienced Self-Perform Water Resources Superintendent to lead major ($30M+) water infrastructure construction projects nationwide!

This hands-on, field-based leadership position focuses on delivering safe, high-quality, and on-time execution of complex, self-performed water resource projects from groundbreaking to completion.

  • Initial assignment: Texas or Colorado
  • Future projects: Across the U.S.

Ideal for proven leaders with strong expertise in self-perform heavy civil/water infrastructure work, including managing crews, schedules, safety, quality, and operational challenges on large-scale sites.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all onsite field operations for large water resource projects
  • Lead jobsite safety, quality, and schedule performance
  • Supervise self-performed work and subcontractors
  • Oversee structural, mechanical, and pipe scopes
  • Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials
  • Conduct daily coordination meetings and schedule reviews
  • Track project costs, productivity, and field reporting
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal leadership

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of construction supervision experience
  • Required: Superintendent experience on water resource projects
  • Required: Experience self-performing work on major projects
  • Required: Superintendent-level experience in:
  • Structural scopes
  • Mechanical scopes
  • Pipe scopes
  • Proven experience managing projects $25M+
  • $50M–$100M+ strongly preferred
  • Experience with large-scale water infrastructure or treatment plants
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel nationwide and remain onsite for project duration
